This is my new to me truck. 91 with 2.3l and 5 speed. I'm here for inspiration and tech support. I'm really rolling around the idea of a turbo or V8. But I really want to keep the AC. Thanks guys.

Vehicles sure last longer down there... the road salt from the north has most of these little truck rotted away.

That one looks in pretty good shape.

Welcome to TRS...

They do seem to last longer as long as you aren't on the coast. Thank you for the welcome brother

Thanks, I like the wheels too. I don't know anything about them. I was wondering if they are aftermarket or a factory option?

Thank you brother, I was born in corpus because Rockport didn't have a hospital back in 1980. Now I'm outside of Victoria.

I was working out of Corpus in 80-82ish. We were only able to drill there during the off season, winter months. I saw some icy days off Mustang island

those look like the sport wheels on a number of cars from back then. bmw, mazda, lincoln all had variations of those wheels.

my uncle lives in rockport now. i go over there every once in a while, to check on him. he lives on the back side of the golf course.

i think they still don't have a full hospital in rockport. everyone comes to corpus for serious things
