Ford guy all my life owning 20 Mustangs from stock 2.3 to 730 HP 347 with Eaton SC. Bought an 06 FX4 LV2 few months ago with bad motor, otherwise the truck is in Excellent shape. This is yet another toy for me, so to that extent I acquired a 98 Explorer AWD for the donor swap...

I look forward to learning as much as I can.

My credo
Buy it, build it, and drive it like you stole it

WOW, another Lvl II. Should be sweet to drive with AWD. My Lvl II came originally from Pennsylvania. So that 8.8 LSD will be going somewhere else or are you going to be holding on to it? Mine is a 31 spline 4.10.

Guessing that is a 5.0 Explorer? If so, I wish you luck with the electronic side of things unless you're planning to use 98 dash and all in the 06.
