Have to replace front suspension

Hey guys, seems the old girls control arms blew but gives me a good excuse to just go ahead and replace the front. Just curious as to what suspension you guys have found to be most reliable. Along with new shocks and such. Thanks! 2005 ford ranger v6 4x4

The phrasing of the question is vague and somewhat nonsensical.

When you say "What suspension [have] you guys found to be most reliable" are you asking for a brand name, a suspension style, what are you looking for?

I am partial to the twin I beam suspensions, but to put that on your truck, well you'd be father ahead to buy a different truck.

For brand, OEM is best. Moog is a close second, but their quality has been hit or miss for a while now since Federal Mogul sent production to Coronaland.

We know what kind of suspension you have now.

Are you asking what the best brand is to replace existing parts, or are you looking at doing a full blown front axle swap.

I went with Mevotech from Rock Auto because the components are built heavier and the ball joints are greaseable. They also have a lifetime warranty. The upper arms are significantly heavier built than OEM.
