M 3.0 v6 manual Edge lost power on highway. Started once and died. Has never started again. Towed it home. put on new cam sensor, crank sensor, new plugs. (one was burned when it happened. 3 others were loose). Getting spark and fuel. (did pressure check, it's 60) (cam is turning) Will do compression next. It cranks and sounds like it wants to start. No codes.

Did you check your oil is it milky? Also a compression check is a good idea. Not always will a blown head gasket introduce water in the oil. Sometimes it'll just swap air between cylinders which will mean little to no compression.

My credo
Lead follow or get out of my way
The next logical step is a full compression test.

Post a picture of the "burned" spark plug.

I had this same problem, lost power on the highway going 70 mph on a road trip down to Arkansas. Turned out to be the alternator was bad in my case. Easy swap out.
