Yeah...OBD2 is easier to work with from modification perspectives...it would have the under dash 16 pin connector
The truck isn’t here now so I don’t know. I’ll see if I can look thru my photos and find it

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Yes. At the very bottom is the OBD2 connector. OBD2 systems are much easier to troubleshoot.

My daughter lives in Rochester Hills ..

Not sure I can get up there before I leave for work...I am in woodhaven by the Detroiter truck stop

It would put off an Ecoboost swap which won't hurt my feelings since I am looking at Z cars.. don't want to be building two things in this environment.

Was it obd 2 or obd 1?

you're that close?? hell, I should swing by for some bad ideas

@Uncle Gump, no lessons needed there, I put a car up on it's side in 1970. since it didn't go all the way over is that considered "proper" or just half-arsed?

I'm still staying close to home because of the prostrate surgery in August, otherwise I'd already be on Fort St wondering where I made the wrong turn.

to the OP, I'm no stranger to Rochester Hills but definitely don't need any more stuff :icon_thumby:

Last year I posted a "for sale" on drivetrain parts that I stripped from a 95 Ranger that I've converted to a 408 Cleveland.
This truck ran 'perfect' before I stripped it. Parts included (but not limited to) 4.0 V6 complete, 5 speed manual trans, 3.55 Posi
axle (8.8 w/leafs and shackles), gas tank, 2 sets of coil springs(1 stock, 1 hvy. duty) , 2" drop I beams w/ spindles , drop shocks to match, abs brake pump(?) dist. block(?). Also brand new "loaded" front calipers (red) and brand new rotors. I wound up going WAY deeper into my build than I ever thought I would!! What is "HARD TO BELIEVE" is that there is no one in the Ranger Nation that can't use or needs these parts. I'm not interested in 'parting' out but will offer a great deal to anyone interested in the lot.
SNOW IS GONE........THESE PARTS ARE NOT..........JUST SAYIN!

When you say 2" drop beams, are these the DJM lowering beams?

here's the pics. You'll notice a bracket welded on the top of the I beams- I was originally going to use the TIB , remove the coil springs and install QA1 struts (which I had mocked up) before discovering there was no way that cleveland was gonna fit with that suspension!!! They can be simply cut off if you need to.
