2020 f150 has a flat floor.
A little more leg room in the back and 6-8" wider inside.
Personally I do like the size of the ranger better, just a little disappointed with the inside storage space.

I’ve considered a Big Sky rack but I haven’t looked to see if there would be an issue with the side curtain air bags or not.

The storage is bad. I think I had more in my Regular cab ‘98.

If I didn't like the truck I wouldn't have done the tailgate lettering!

I bought my Ranger for a daily driver to & from work. In which it does well and gets killer gas mileage. With that said, it aint worth a crap to haul much at all. I did take 3 adults to lunch one day. That wasnt a pleasant trip. Maybe 2 grandkids.

Honestly I bought this on a whim. Wasn't really looking to buy a new truck at all. The decision was based entirely on financing. 0 down and 0 percent interest. I sold the 92 and one of my B2 just to make my S.O. happy. I love the truck but am a little disappointed in a few areas. S.o. loves the truck now and really doesn't care about the shortcomings. She hated the 92.

3/4 of the size of an F-150, $40k price tag, no room for gun rack...damn sounds like the Toyota pickups from the 70's and 80's not enough cab width for a gun rack. WTH.

Don't they have an under seat storage option for the Ranger crew cab trucks?

My 2008 Toyota Tundra had an under seat storage box which ran the whole width of the back seat, by flipping the bottom of the seat up on each side you had access to 1/2 the box, it would carry 2 rifles with scopes in the box, and several hand guns, or 3 shotguns, or 3 rifles without scopes.
Imagine that... Wild Bill bitching about the 2019 / 2020 Rangers... must be a day that ends in the letter "Y" ;missingteeth;

It really is a great truck. Captain Obvious would mention that there's over 43 cu-ft of space in the empty bed to haul stuff.

I bought mine to replace a 1999 Honda CR-V. So I gained more than I lost in the switch.

The thing I got is something like this:

I just keep them cased in the back, throw them in the seat and lock the doors when I get somewhere when I am deer hunting, like for lunch or whatever. And then make sure I can keep an eye on the truck when I am not near it.

Around here during deer season every truck has guns in it so it isn't really anything special though. I kinda like having them in a hard case anyway.

Ooh 43 cuft of cargo space in your 1/2 a truck bed, careful there it might be enough space to haul your purse. The specs aren't anything to get too happy about, its actually larger than an F150 by about a foot oddly enough...but the lack of storage space in a truck that's the size of an F150 is a joke....I guess Ford just decided to use the cab sizes of Toyota pickups from the 80's.

My 87 Has more room in the cab than the new ones....just looking at the new ones you can tell that cab isn't that big, and the bed size on them is a joke.

Ok so we know how wildbill feels about the new ranger!
I'm looking into a locking hard bed cover and bed carpet. It's not going to be really used as a truck except camping trips anyway.
