GET OUT OF A STUCK SITUATION STUFF - Bring more of these the longer and farther from civilization you are going:

- Winch
- Winch control
* Shackle or two
- Spare cable (especially if you see yourself doing really long winch pulls)
# Chain (Grade 70)
- Snatch block
* High-Lift type jack
- Pull-Pal recovery anchor
* Shovel
* Ax
- Tree protector
- Snatch strap
* Gloves
- Winch bag (something to put over the cable or rope to keep it under control should it snap)

And this last one is just a recommendation from me....pistol and ammo!

Don't know how many of you are familiar with SE Oklahoma....this area is an area where people are different (to be polite). Also this part of the state use to supply our country with some of the best pot grown in the Nation. They still grow quite a bit now but I guess meth is the new fad.

As for other mammals in that area: bear, coyotes, bobcats and mountain lions. Bigfoot is also rumored to live in the mountains down there too.

Great lists Steve. Remember to bring more water than you think you need. One gallon for every day you plan to be gone is what I've been taught.

Those are good ideas for starters, I might have a way to get a winch. Just going to have to get my bumper built. Finding a place to put all that stuff in the B2 will be fun.

I will probably have some extra room if you need me to carry anything

I'd be game but my motor and trans are crapping out... Still looking for a new one.
I've got the tires and a equalock in my 8.8. and a lift on my 2wd.

I don't think there se any tight places. The threads we viewed on this trip looked pretty mild. The people took their DD's

Well, I'm not 100% sure I will be able to make it. I'm having some odd suspension issues/noises and I may have a wheel bearing issue. I'm going to try and get it all figured out ASAP though.
