goes to end of next page?

When I go to the next page of a multiple page post it always goes to the end of that next page, have to scroll up. Its never done that to me before. Not sure if its a site issue or what. I use 2 different browsers depending on what device im using (brave on mobile, firefox on ipad) both do this same thing so I dont think its a browser issue.

it goes to the most recent post?

I could swear that there's a last read or most recent post setting in how you view threads, but I'm having trouble right now. I have mine set so that it goes to last read when I view a thread
