Tell me about it, I've been on auto trader all night looking for another Ranger or vehicle with better mileage then my Dakota. I worked it out, I'm get 6.5mil/gal in it, I thought it was wrong, and did it again, with the same answer, gave it to my math buddy and he got the same answer. I'm looking for something more efficient then this damn thing, a Neon, or Focus, Ranger, or even a Crown Vic would be better. Damn, this is just another reason to hate this truck.

Try being an avid fisherman where your boat takes on 139 gallons of diesel at 4.25 a gallon. Luckily my dad pays for it all, but it makes me wonder, and makes me depressed, when I think about what it will be like in 30 years. I figure in 30 years I'll be in my dad's stage in life with enough money to have the toys I want, but in the future, will I be able to afford to put fuel in them?....

Got to love living in good ole Cali-fornia.

That is scary though.. I've never seen a sign with any 4's on it yet around here.

Pretty soon it will look like China around here, all of us on bikes with shit strapped all over them.

130? HAHAHAHA My dads boat takes on 750! And I pay for fuel when i take it out. Luckily I will be sailing aboard a commercial ship this summer. You know only like 100,000 gallons of #6 heavy fuel oil. Yea the boating industry is getting raped.

In Calgary is expected to be about a $1.50/L, that works to about $5.70/Gal, stop your bitching, I want the cheap gas.

Yet still, all you hear on the news is how the oil companies are pulling record profits. Are people stupid? I mean they brag about it on the news, and no one who has the power to do something about it step up and do something!

Glad the oil dudes are getting rich, because everyone else is going into the hole and the economy is going to shit.

They say on the news how oil prices are going up, so then gas goes up. I'm a believer that oil goes up b/c it is the same as selling drugs.... the ability to make money off of it is outrageous. They are charging more for product A because you have the ability to make so much money off of product B. We will buy it so they can charge whatever they want. They don't care about anything except their bank account. They're screwing everyone knowlingly b/c they can.

I agree, just like the annual massive price increase around labor day or beginning of the summer...that are totally random. :bsflag:

I would just like to thank all of the white collar oil assholes that are laughing all the way to the bank. Pretty soon there will be no middle class in this country. Just the extremely rich and poor. It's sad what it is coming to.
