Is there any reputable gauge cluster repair guys out there? I'm thinking my cluster is in need of repair or replacement. All fuses are ok but nothing is working.

Is this from the 2006 you have listed in your profile? Does the truck start?

2006 Ranger will have an HEC(hybrid electronic cluster), it has a computer inside(micro-processor)

Google: Ford Ranger HEC

There are tests you can run on it, just by pushing buttons

HEC and engine computer(PCM) are "paired" so people couldn't swap in lower mile odometers like older Rangers(cars)
So not sure if they can be "repaired" i.e. tampered with because of this

Then its communicating with the PCM fine so at least "part" of it is working. I don't know if the power to the "computer" part of the cluster that talks to the PCM is separated from the power source for the gauges themselves. I'd simply start by checking the connections on the back of the cluster.
