My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
I picked up a fuel pressure tester and with the jumper in the relay plug I'm getting around 1-2psi so I have a new one on the way
A new what? Fuel pump? Doesn't sound like a relay problem at this point.
