It seems like everyone here is in agreement that the 1 pump in tank is a better setup.im assuming theres some sort of a write up on it in the tech library on how to eliminate the frame pump and use just 1 high pressure pump in tank?

Yeah... keep the reservoir or swap in a single pump. I have no regrets swapping in single pump... this is the one I used, suggested by PetroleumJunkie:

How does it work?and is pump loud?

It works great, it's been in there for about a year I think. A bit quieter than the factory pumps. I had to use a piece of rubber EFI hose to fill in the gap between the tank and where the reservoir was, and replaced the frame high pressure pump with a second fuel filter. Pretty easy, hardest part was snaking the new hose through to the tank.

Yeah, I already had the fuel system in place. I did it to my daily driver that I was having problems with. Plumbing new lines will be a lot cleaner than what I did.
