Hello all,

Quick question...so something is up with my fuel level guage and temperature guage. Majority of the time nether of them work. But every once in a blue moon the will both work. I figure it is a bad ground. Anyone know where that is located? Since they work and dont work together i figure its not the sending unit.

Thanks for the help
Nate

I was going to say it probably wasnt the ground I was going to say the connector on the guage cluster suspect. Each one of the sending units provide the grounds for the guages. They share the same power supply a voltage regulator that puts out around 8 volts pulsing voltage yea from the ignition switch to the regulator.

So why just the two gauges, wouldn't it affect all the gauges and anything else that it powers?
