I have a 2011 Ranger XLT 4x4 4.0l with 186,000 miles and it has a rotational noise coming from the front end starting around 20-30 mph. If I coast at that speed you can hear it pretty good. I don’t feel any vibrations and the steering doesn’t pull to one side or the other. I though it may be the wheel hub but I’ve just replaced both and the sound is still present. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

My credo
Keep your mind like an umbrella, it only works if its open... Continually learning.
Welcome to the site. Did everything get tightened back up? Is the noise both sides or just one?

Everything was torqued to spec. It sounds like it’s coming from the drivers side but I put a GoPro underneath and could only hear it in the passenger side when watching the video.

Brought it to a shop for further diagnosis and they said it’s someone from the transfer case or the front differential. I guess next step is to remove the front drive shaft to try and isolate the noise between the two.
