Does anybody know what socket tools I need to take the locking spindle off and the big locking nut. If so can you give me the correct socket size? Is it just one socket tool or 2 different tools or socket tools?

Yes it is. Most auto parts stores have them. There will be a washer between the two nuts. It’s has a key way and it has holes around it’s radius. One of the holes will be on a pin from the inner nut. The key way matches the spindle keyway. They allow tightening of the outer nut without tightening the inner.

In one of the YT videos I viewed today, this is the correct socket he used on his 93 Ranger 4x4. Auto Locking Hubs. 4.0 Engine also. I'm thinking this is the correct Socket. And it matches the nut on Rock Auto.

Key being auto locking hubs. They are different and require different sockets. I have both of those in my tool box. Manual locking hubs take the spanner type socket. Auto lockers take the standard socket.

You will also want a small pick as there is a key that rides in the keyway under the nut that needs removed before you can turn the nut. If you got a minute I will gather up the parts and shoot you a quick video.

Thanks, yes I heard about the key. The guy in the below video uses a small strip magnet to pull it out instead of a pick.
