The previous owner rear ended someone, which pushed the front bumper upward on the driver side. The impact cracked the grille and dented the fender. After many, many years I finally got tired of the cloudy headlights and decided to replace them along with the broken grille. The problem is the bumper is jammed up tight against the bottom of the grille, which blocks access to a screw under the headlight that holds it on.
Is removing the entire bumper my only option here? If so, what is the best way of doing it?
Thanks.
