Looked good for the new Ranger
Better ride
Slightly better MPG, although basically the same
Higher tow capacity

Hopefully in a few years it can build same reputation as the Taco for reliability

Is it kind of weird the rear suspensions on both trucks are about bottomed out towing 5k? And the Ranger still has a rake with the suspension about bottomed out?

i do keep up with those guys...they whooped the ranger with the 150 drag racing......but the ranger did about the same as the 6.2 gm so i was shocked by that...


these next few years will be interesting. i expect this thing to be pretty good though.


and toyota is waiting it out too before they step it up. and you know they are going to step it up.

hopefully that means we all win with bad ass electric hybrid trucks and various killer power-trains beyond the 2.3....
