I feel like this is similar to a Ford Lightning.

It’s not really supposed to be used as a truck, just supposed to look cool and go fast.

Umm those are pictures of a Maverick...someone really got confused in the Photoshop gallery it looks like...unless the new Ranger is going to a unibody with the bed attached to the cab like the Maverick.

They should put a non-turbo 3L V6 in the Maverick, and add a supercharger and call it a Maverick II.

Keep your mind like an umbrella, it only works if its open... Continually learning.
Slick looking Ranger.

Imagine how much fun it would be to drive with a manual. As a bonus, it wouldn't get stolen for a joy ride.

Not as confused as the guy that didn't see the bed to cab seam in the OP.

Give 'yer balls a tug. Fight me.
In all sincerity, this is what I would want in a sport truck...

...if it had a respectable transmission.

No manual, no purchase. ☹

Really sucks. I like the setup.

I see you too are a man of culture.
Actually, I thought it was a horrible movie. Road Warrior and Beyond the Thunder Dome were much better.

IDK about Thunderdome being better... it definitely wasn’t worse.
Road Warrior was the best of the series.

This. Or at least not a 10 speed. I'm not a fan of these many speed transmissions. How long will they last constantly shifting like that? What about engine and human comfort with all those shifts relentlessly swinging the tach like a hammock in a hurricane?

I take it you’ve never driven something with the new 10 speed... you don’t even feel it shift. It skips gears depending on the amount of throttle you give it. It actually “swings the tach” lesser amounts each shift with it closer gearing.

How’s your trans doing?

No, but I did drive/ride in an 8 speed and was annoyed by the constant shifting...maybe then 10 speeds are better at being more seamless.

The 10 speeds are kinda stupid at first too.
