I need help with my ranger , replaced the injectors and fuel pump , cause I had codes for lean on both banks . Now it’s running super rich can’t find any vacuum leaks . To start the truck I have to floor it all the way and then it sounds flooded and then clears up and idles rough .

Welcome to TRS :)

Did you use the same size(lbs) injectors?
You need to, larger injectors give you what you got now
Fuel injectors also need to match computer, 3.0l Flex Fuel or 3.0l gas only used different computers and injectors

I assume you are getting grey smoke out the tail pipe which means Rich running

Lean and Rich codes don't "mean" engine is/was running lean or rich
Engine pinging means its running lean
Engine blowing grey smoke means its running rich

Lean code means the computer's calculation was lean, or rich if rich code, but at no time was the engine actually running lean, unless you heard pinging

Maybe you got some bad injectors, they are leaking
Do you have a way to test fuel pressure?
2002 system should run at 55psi, then with key OFF should hold pressure above 30psi for MONTHS and MONTHS
If pressure is dropping to 0psi then possibly leaking new injectors

You can also take the air tube off the intake
Cycle key on and off a few times, then off
Then open throttle and smell for gasoline in the intake, should be NO SMELL of gasoline in a fuel injected intake at ANYTIME, its impossible................unless fuel is leaking in

I ordered some injectors for a 3.0 ranger from Amazon . And it was pinging when I drove up hill . And yea it’s blowing grey smoke and smells

My credo
Break it right the first time. Fix it better the next time.
You really have to be careful ordering from amazon. I ordered two sets for a cherokee and both were terrible. Sent them back and ordered oem reman's on ebay for 80 bux and that was 40k ago. No issues.

Is your truck a flex fuel truck? What specific faults codes are you getting?

I would put the old injectors back in and see it things clear up

You can get old injectors rebuilt for about $25-$35 depending in your location

Look at the VIN number in lower windshield or on rear of driver's door at the build label

8th digit is engine model
"V" is 3.0l Flex fuel
"U" is 3.0l gas only

They use different size injectors

Then you may have got "V" injectors which are bigger, more flow per hour, so computer is doing wrong calculations
Or they are just bad injectors
Return them either way
