I recently had the flashing headlight issue on my 09 ranger, I found it was the daytime running lights, it killed my battery quite a few times, there is no separate module for this year, it's built into the body computer , and rather then pull the 15 amp fuse every night I ran a wire from both sides of the fuse to a toggle switch on the dash, if anybody has this problem let me know and I'll be happy to talk it out out
