I have had my ranger (89) for a couple of months now. I have replaced the front brake hubs, brake pads, wheel bearings,u-joints,carrier bearing and had the drive shaft balanced...it was bent/warped. I bought this truck for 1300 bucks and after putting about 500 into it I have to say its been reliable and runs great now. I had a small idle problem but I cleaned the IACV and replaced my intake air temp/charge sensor and cleaned out the manifold while I had the pieces off. It fixed the problem. Trucks sits still at idle and hopefully my gas milage will improve. Im not asking for help just stating that I love my cheap reliable Ranger....now for paint.....
