My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Another late night in the garage.. I had to get the torque monster headers fixed. I bought them used and for whatever reason the driver side was chopped up. Long story short, its back to original condition! Exhaust is scheduled for the 21st or 22nd.

So on this hydraulic setup, F550 master and 280z slave..
I'm only getting about 1/2-1 inch off the floor then the clutch engages . That will not work for me. Whats everyone else running and where is your clutch engagement coming off the floor...
Thats one of the fanciest portable worklights I’ve seen.

I haven't put it in yet.. but yes, stock hanger and stock tank. This is the one I'm using..

EDIT: posted wrong link. Right one below

edit: after some reseaerch seems they are same other than inlet size and location, 340 has bigger inlet to work with older stangs, all flow the same

Nice...
You'll find that its easier to put the engine in.. then the bellhousing.. then the transmission

Going to see if I can make a little noise...
3 inch SLP Loudmouths. Just a temporary thing. Later I'm doing a rear tank conversion and redoing the exhaust with Black widow venum 250 mufflers

I have a set of SLP loud mouths on my mustang, and I have friend with a set on his GTO. Both have long tube headers, sound awesome.

Exhaust is done. Worked over Torque Monster headers, 2 1/2 duals to a 3 Inch X pipe to 3 inch tail pipes all the way out back.

Had to re-adjust the valves on the truck, got it back together. Hopefully dont have to pull the valve cover back off for a long time!
