some of you may know that a couple months ago, i picked up a newer ranger and swapped a lot of my crap over to it, i.e.: toolbox, tires, audio system, and i finally got around to swapping my cb over into the new truck today.
went a different route this time, i decided to mount it to the headliner, backed up with some wood paneling for strength. running the power and antenna wires was SUCH a pain in the ass. if you're looking for an easy CB install, mount it to the ash tray, headliner is more trouble than it looks like.
but overall, i'm pleased with how it came out. i missed having my CB so much lol my trucks really coming together, piece by piece
