alright pitman arms.... i ran across a site saying the ranger and f150 pitman arms are one in the same... is this true?

im pretty sure some of them are the same, i do know that the dropped pitman arms skyjacker sells, also fit the ttb fullsize broncos.. i was looking into the extreme drop arm, and i found posts about it on a bronco site.
