Extension housing help

I’m looking for an extension housing for a 2001 4.0 manual 4x4. I can find the housing with no sensor no problem but not the extension housing with the sensor. Anyone know of a part number or a place I can order one?
The local parts store ordered me one and it showed up with out the provision for the sensor. They said it’s the right one for the truck but the broken tail shaft housing had the sensor. Any help would be awesome.

This will work if you don’t have anything bolted to housing like transfer case shifter, mounts or brackets.
