Extended Front Brake Lines

Any recommendations for front brake lines for a 90 B2? I have use the skyjacker and they continue to unreliable for me. Every time I go wheeling I have issues. The fitting that connects to the caliper breaks or rubs, is at a bad angle.

I just bought some from Broncograveyard. James Duff also sells some. Expect to spend between 80 and 120 for a good pair.

I can see the angle of the fitting coming off that block. Can the block be flipped over to make the fitting go towards the frame opposed to the wheel?

When I tried mine that way they rubbed on the beam and knuckle when turning. The ones are got are really long and I plan on zip tying them to the coil in the middle. Pics I promise, still havent found my phone.

Really what needs to be done is to be able to bolt it on vertically, but the caliper is not designed that way.

Well you would sure hope Duff and even the Bronco Graveyard would have this figured out.

A hundred bucks to ensure you don't rip your brake hoses off seems reasonable to me.

Yeah, I did the same thing with the zip tie. I have the extended radius arms for james duff, I have also had issues with the double shock setup, with the closest shock to the coil spring, will get very close the caliper and brake line. At this point thinking of going back to one shock, and if I can fine a longer stock brake line. I think I will be better off.

I just installed these today. This is not an ideal solution but if you just want to go to the local parts store and walk home with something its a 91 f350 line + BHA49757. I hand bent the banjo fitting to where I wanted it. I think the tech library says a 99 f350 line is adequate on its own.



This is just a temporary solution until I get my upgraded front suspension and run hard line down my radius arms.

Does anyone know if a F150 or full-size Bronco brake line fit on a B2? I'm assuming they don't? Would like fine this style for my B2
