Explorer parts in a ranger

Just bought a donor 2000/01 5.0 explorer 4door for my bronco new motor but while i was driving it to my ranch i got a thorn in my but to swap the fancy interior into my 98 ext cab ranger to gain the climate control, power mirrors windows locks, cruise control, auto rearview mirror, backup sensor, etc etc. im very good with the wiring and plan to do an entire harness swap since im also dropping a 5.0 in the ranger, but my question is about the doors. Will the door panels just swap over? Can te entire door be swaped?

The door can't be swapped, the door panel you can compare, but I don't think it'll match either. (I do have a pair of power door window/lock controls that will swap in place of your current "black" door handles if your interested)...

I'm outa town right now, I'll get em to you when I get back, probably this weekend. They don't match the 95+ stock switches, as I think they are 94's, but the bezel/handles are shaped the same...

I have a 99 ranger how do i go about installing power windows the locks are easy just cant figure how the circle fits to the window mechanism
