I replaced the EGR,MAF, All 4 Fuel Injectors, Checked the ECM. the O2 sensor is Brand new. Exhaust is still getting red hot. Runs great for about a minute but then losses its power shortly after. cannot even climb a small incline in first gear.
Any ideas on what to look for next. Timing is on. no vaccumm leaks either. totally stumped.

First off... welcome to TRS.

Secondly... It sounds to me like you have a plugged exhaust. Google testing for restricted exhaust... typically done with a vacuum gauge... see where it leads you.

If you don't have time to do it right will you have time to do it over?
We had an F150 with an intermittent open circuit in the spout circuit that got the right manifold hot enough to melt the fender liner.
