Does anyone have Ford's engine rebuild pdf for 2.3? Found one for Scorpio but not duratec 2.3. thanks for any help

Ok main caps...or bottom setup for crank. I've got The 10 bolts either or removed why wont the lower half drop do i need a bigger hammer?

Main caps get kinda "pressed" into the block when you bolt them down. I have a soft plastic hammer (not a rubber mallet) that I will knock them loose with if there is room. Otherwise you gotta stick the bolts in the holes, hold them above the threads, and rock the caps loose, but you have to be gentle with that because the caps or bolts can be damaged that way.
