Hi, I put a used engine in my 2004 b4000 in the fall and it ran great all winter. It's about motorcycle season and the truck started to have a loud sound from the back of the passengers side but had no performance issues. I figured I'd look at it later and assumed it was the chain tensioner.
This lasted for about a week and I haven't been driving to work with the pandemic and working from home so it's been used minimally. Today I took it out and it drove much rougher and had codes p0300, p0301, p0302 and p0303 so misfire in all cylinders on the passengers side. I also had code p0176 for the 02 sensor. Does anyone know what could cause all these problems at the same time. I'm assuming it's all caused by one thing.
Thanks
