Ive looked some and either couldnt use the right words or there isnt much out there. I stupidly cut the flex lines than run from the frame to the engine when I frame swapped thinking the other frame had the same lines. Is there an aftermarket option using AN fittings and lines or am I going to the parts yards to find a used set? On a 95. I havent worked on my truck since i had to push it out of the garage and it got cold but im getting tired at looking at it sit and really want to get it on the road so i can enjoy it.

So, which side of the disconnects did you cut on?

My green Ranger I couldn’t get the disconnect to work, so I pulled the whole thing from the filter to the rail. My swap engine I was able to get the disconnect apart, so I got a AN adapter for the disconnect and for the filter and just made a -6AN line up for it. Should have just run new lines to the tank while I was at it and didn’t, but don’t worry, after I patched the one rear line 3 or 4 times it got ripped out and replaced with AN.

If you cut on the engine side of the disconnect, then I’m not sure what to tell you. The threaded connection at the fuel rail looks vaguely AN seat but I have not tried it and I haven’t found for sure if it is. May be worth investigating.

I cut on the engine side of the disconnect, cut the braided line. Since I have to re-plumb the entire plastic line set anyways, I bought replacement disconnects for the flex lines as well.
I did find a thread here that referenced another site with the thread size but there is no mention of the year of the engine.
