i have heard bad things about the controllers with the probe. i found on amazon a derale fan tempeture switch that requires a hose adapter also on amazon that uses a sending unit to tell the fan when to come and when to shut off

Cool just wondering. Do they come with wiring and relays to install?

My credo
Coming in second just makes you the first loser!
Those controllers are junk! Don't buy it! I went thru two of them before switching to something else. They quit working after a month or so!

This is what I've had for a long time now and it work awesome! It's a bit more expensive but it can do a lot more!!

Fan Controller

I went with the Flex-A-Lite kit. Comes with a direct-fit fan, controller, and 10A fuse. You have to provide your own relay unless you want it to run with the engine off.
