I presume that is in Washington.

i know that year I got the Mustang from you we both had some heavy snow.
I was up in 3 feet of snow on Friday of some very heavy mix.

The full size trucks were not getting up hill very well , even the diesel Dodge and Chevy .
I was able to get on top of it and play for a while.

It was a good thing my buddy had a winch , he had to use my Ranger to hook on to and pull his full size GMC out .
I sure do like these new Cooper Mud Claws.

They are a 32x11.5x15 that measure on the truck with 35 lbs air at 31 1/4 tall

I've never been to Elbe, but I'd definitely like to go if I can get my axle swap done in time, and a couple other minor things.

I've heard those are tight trails. HahnsB2, can you say anything more about it? Pics would be cool too if you've got any :icon_thumby:

EDIT: nevermind, just saw the link.

The trails at elbe can be tough in places, at times, even without snow.
Without at least 1 locker, and a decent set of tires, then I doubt you'll be
going down much of any trails with snow.

And about how tight the trails are, I would EXPECT body damage with a
extended cab/ long bed. But a regular cab or Bronco II, it is just likely, haha
My Ranger has kissed quite a few Elbe trees.

Unless Your rig is "trail raped" and you dont care about body damage/
breaking, then SKIP the Busy Wild. I've never been down it, but i've heard it
is very tight with lots of stumps, trees, roots, and ruts.

I'm not too interested in doing damage, and the Ranger needs work, so I'll
probably pass this trip up.

I used to wheel a '92 longbox Ranger. 1 trip down the "Busy Wild" and I no longer was araid of body damage :thefinger: there was nothing left that was straight :icon_rofl:

I got my 4x4 back, so there's a good chance I'll be going.
