Anyone have any tips on replacing the e-brake cable that goes into the cab? I'm specifically looking for ideas how to get the cable in/out of where it meets the firewall. I've got the rest apart and it looks like I'll have a lot more room if I take the inner fender out.

Looks like there is a bolt that holds it in place, and then it just pulls through the floor. Look at the picture in the lower left corner of this attachment.

Helpful, thanks! I'll be getting back into after work & tomorrow.

Now I need to locate the return spring. It's gonna be neat to have a parking brake.
