Where and how does one obtain a drawing of the frame for 1998-2011 Ranger regular wheelbase (111.5") and "long bed" wheelbase (117.5")? I have some CD's that contain shop manual stuff but a real engineering drawing would be a great addition. Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated.

diyoffroad.com has a scan cad file of the ranger frame as you can see in some of their product renderings. as they are a DIGITAL product seller im willing to bet theyd sell the frame scan cad files!

Keep in mind that there were tow different front sections used as well:
1) 2WD with coil springs
2) 2WD with torsion bar and all 4WD, which also used torsion bar front suspension

Really there were 4 front sections for 98-11 and two rear sections…

Front
1a) 2wd with coil springs reg cab
1b) 2wd with coil springs ext cab
2a) 2wd with torsion bar and all 4wd reg cab
2b) 2wd with torsion bar and all 4wd ext cab

Rear
1) 7’ bed
2) 6’ bed

83-97 all had one piece frames, so 2wd, 4x4, extended or reg cab, short or long bed all had different frames
