Donor engine specs? 2.5 Duratec from 2016 Fusion

I'm putting together a engine for my 05 Ranger. Following the 2.3 head on 2.5 block post. There were a lot of reasons for this. I'm looking at finding internal engine specifications for that short block. Specifically, Bore, Stroke, crank and rod journals and of course clearances. The donor engine was a 2.5 engine code "7" from the vehicle VIN. My haynes manual is sadly lacking for this range of years and lacking for the DOHC in general. And What the heck is the "Code Red" Yellow and Blue for diameter mean? Thanks in advance.

3.50 borex3.94 stroke.

Not sure reliabilty of those specs, could only find them two places and not sure legitmacy of either.

Pretty much what I ran into. I'm going to mic the existing stuff and order accordingly. 3.50 is spot on for the bore.
