Dodge blue AS1 tint is dangerous

I really like that blue strip. Doesn't do anything, but it's cool... A neat feature from a past era. My Dodge, however, is more of a blue filter. Red and yellow lights are completely filtered out. It's a bit dangerous actually. If I'm not actively looking at the green light as it turns yellow, I might miss it. I say "might" because if I didn't notice it, how would I know? I'm always a bit paranoid about what I've done if I go through an intersection then notice that no one is behind me anymore. It's hard to notice a green light disappearing vs a yellow light turning on. If I'm sitting with good posture, my line of sight is directly through the AS1 strip, so it's not an easily avoidable thing. I'm actually wanting to change the windshield glass at this point.
