do leaf springs have part numbers stamped or etched on them?

Just curious if you can tell what a spring came out of. Does Ford put markings on them?

I did find a number stamped in the overload, but internet searching doesn't seem to come up with anything. It also doesn't match any of the part numbers on the tech page.
