It run good just little vibration on engine.

I would just drive it while getting my ducks in a row for an engine change. When it gets worse... maybe even next week... change it.

Some people have had pretty amazing results with engine restore products. There are several brands, each with their own claims of why they are the best, but I have seen tests where one of those products brought the bad cylinder up to normal compression and it stayed there for a long time. It can't hurt to try in your situation.

You already have a known problem with the one cylinder. Everything else has a lot of wear in it with all those miles. So I would plan on a rebuild or another engine. Things don't last forever.

I'd call Guinness... having 4 cylinders within 1 psi of each other is probably a world record.

I will eventually rebuild original engine rather than remanufacture engine, When the times right.
Thanks so much all.
