I was watching vid on how to change out dash bulbs, and they say for Ranger 93-03 the bulbs have quarter-turn to lock, they are mounted in a plastic base. But the ones I have are just bulbs with no mounting. Do I have the right ones for my truck? I don't want to get the whole thing apart then end up with wrong part, that would suck. I have Sylvania Silverstar #194, that's what the parts store said I need. They don't look like the ones in the vid (no base on mine). Here's the vid I watched:
the rest of it apart from bulbs themselves looks just like mine, I've had most of it apart before, just not the dash cluster out, yet.

Yes, the bulb socket is removed by the 1/4 turn, then you pull out the old bulb and put in the new one, then re-install

Stock bulbs are "incandescent" type, so have no dedicated + and - side
LED replacement do, so they have to be installed the correct way, so power up the dash before putting back in to make sure all 6 are working, you should do that with either type of bulb, lol
