I... I am not a good mechanic. People just keep giving me money!
Sir, you speak for many of us. I was a diesel mechanic for six months.

I have no idea how a diesel works, and I don't want to. But, it paid the bills.

Keep your knowledge out of my ear holes.

My credo
I poop in the furnace.
I literally just hooked up forscan to do the keys, the guy asked if there were any codes cause the truck is very hard to get started. I said "yea the entire right bank is showing codes for the glow plugs". HE asked me if he should replace the glow plugs and I looked him square in the eye and said "I know absolutely nothing about this engine, I'm just telling you what the computer told me".

He called me an hour later and asked if I'd put a glow plug module in it. I said eh, why not I'm bored anyway... I dont know what a glow plug module is, or if that's the problem, but I'll slap one on!

I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!

The 6.0 doesn’t have a glow plug module. It has a glow plug relay that is controlled by the ECM.
the relay is on top of the right valve cover near the front.

I dunno what you wanna call it... it's got this thing and that's what they handed me when I asked for a glow plug module. I dont ask questions, I was just paid to put it on.
