So I've dealt with this issue for a year now and it's getting old, I tried searching to see if anyone else had this happen to them with zero results. My problem is this, I installed upper and lower DJM control arms on my 2003 ranger, and the lower control arms hit the mounting bracket pretty bad. Not where the bumpstops are, plenty of clearance there, but the rearmost mounting bracket. I did a half ass job trying to make clearance for the arms, because initially, the were literally resting on the bracket. Also sway bar mounts hit the spring bucket too. Wondering if anyone has ran into this issue, or am I the first? Defective control arms? or is my truck wonky? I plan on just taking the arms off, and notching the mounting bracket, so they no longer hit, just not happy since you would think as expensive as these are, they would bolt up an have no problems.
