Just got started finally! We got everything tacked together to a point where I can measure for the last couple plates I need to cut. More pics to come. My son is doing all the welding himself after practicing building the table that you see the bumper on.

Looks like a great project done well. In you last image, it could be just the angle of the shot, but the bumper end looks to extend into to the wheel well area. If it does I would trim it back a bit to clear the tire. If it is just the angle of the shot. Well then "Carry on, nice work".

Thanks! It's not the angle....I had those parts cut long on purpose so I could cut and cap them to match the wheel opening after the final placement is determined. This is a kit for a Cherokee that we modified a few angles and measurements on so I wasn't totally sure how it was going to fit.

Tie in brackets almost done. Ran back far enough to catch the sway mount bolts. Will be 6 bolts now rather than 2.

Mount tabs cut and fit tonight. The winch even fits! Close to actually running some welds on this thing!

Lol...thanks! I can put you in touch with the guy that sold me the kit! It was originally for a jeep XJ. We made some changes to the end pieces where it's wraps around to the side, and that also why I'm having to make all the mounting pieces myself.

Nope don't need a kit or a bumper. It just looks really good.
