I've got a 92 2.9 4x4 and i'm planning on swapping in either a perkins into it. i'm wondering what to use for a tranni and t-case setup. i have a 2wd tranni for the perkins, should i use that one and do a divorced t-case or can i use the tranni and t-case setup from the 2.9 with an adapter plate tothe perkins? thanks

It would be helpful to know exactly what Perkins engine you are wanting to swap in.

Find one with a factory diesel and swap everything over.
