Have many people used the Deaver G50 spring pack on a near stock application? My original spring pack is getting worn and I'd like to take the opportunity to replace it with a better pack rather than a cheap one. I know the G50 is meant for a good deal of weight but it seems like it might be the way to go since I still use the truck for hauling dirt and mulch fairly regularly... And usually when I am off road I have a bed full of camping gear.
Also - I'd like to stay below a couple inches of lift with it. Sounds like that is possible if I flip the shackle and/or remove the factory lift block. Has anyone run this setup? Are there issues with pinion angle at all? Just looking for any lessons learned or thoughts. Thanks everyone!
