Hopefully someone will chime in here
1.) I know I need to make set up bearings out of the old bearings. (and I know that the preload needs to vary between new and old bearings. Approx 6-8 lb/in on old bearings and approx 10-14 lb/in on new bearings, properly oiled)
Questions.
1.) Should I immediately install my NEW bearing races for the pinion into the housing or continue using the old ones with the setup bearings?
Anything else you think I should know, post it up.
