So I’ve been through the tech section. Why do you take a layer of metal from the top beam side of the axle? I have a d44 infront of me. I have everything to together and I don’t understand why to take the top layer. When you measure the difference, the D35 is only a little thicker. And I don’t like taking that layer. People on facebook say they didn’t, the just reamed the bottom ball joint out and put it together.

IDK, but my D35 will actually have passenger side knuckle rub the beam when the alignment adjuster is in just the right spot. Maybe that's why?

Well I guess I’ll just find out after I put new ball joints on. The ball joints need to be replaced. I can’t understand why. I need to get extreme adjustable camber/caster bushings. But there on there. I’ll update!
