This argument can be tough. With physical access it's easy to damage/destroy or whatever. So no they cant hack your car with a computer maybe but put down water in gas tank or potato in tail pipe or cut wires from under the car.

My hope is there's less super nerds that can hack a Tesla.

A hacked 77 doesn't run. It just sits there.

A Chinese hacker with enough time will figure it how to put your tesla into oncoming traffic at 120.

Why take the unnecessary risk?

Also, @DeathRanger, no offense, but youre whole argument defending EVs sound like a cut and paste defense every EV'er online uses to justify the electrics inferiority (Oh its ok it only goes 150 mi on a charge cause im ready to stop too).

Anyone see the "armor glass" break when the guy barely threw the metal ball? What a joke. Not to mention it's ugly a FAWK. They said 100 cubic bed but I didn't see the bed.... That thing looks like a prototype that should've been thrown away with the other bad musk designs.... I like musk too, he's changed the world for sure but he needs to get over his ego sometimes.

crank the A/C and headlights, and stick it in a good crosswind...you *might* get 250 out of it if you keep it at 55

Theres always going to be x factors and variables that are going to change from day to day and person to person. It's like comparing apples to oranges... EV gets 325 on full charge. How many miles does Rusty get out of the 460 on a full tank? How many miles do you get when pulling a camper or trailer? So you can't really bash on an EV for only being able to go a few hundred miles. Even if they don't get 325 they probably get over 250 which when you turn it around to compare to Rustys old 460, how many gallons does it take to get 250 miles on an old heavy 460? I'm sure the EV is using less money to get to 250 miles or 325 miles for that matter. Any car will have pros and cons so its all about the user.

Thats fine.

But i can refill to full "range" in 5-10 minutes with my 460.

I also dont have to choose between running accessories or driving 20 under cause theres not a place to "recharge".

Im sure electric is fine for some people, but the simple fact is IC engines remain far superior in practical useage and will for a very long time.

If i want to drive electric ill ride my drill around.
