Crank no start

I have a 1988 Ranger, 2.9l, 4x4
Started and ran just fine, no problems. Moved it from one part of the yard to another, 20-30 minutes later tried to start it and it would turn but not start. Have not been able to get it started since.

Replaced fuel pump, fuel pump relay, map sensor, ignition control module.

Checked inertia switch - seems to be ok? There is fuel at the line, seems like there wouldn't be if the intertia switch was tripped or faulty. I don't know if the pressure at the line is right... (need to find a pressure gauge)

There is some spark at the spark plugs, maybe not enough for ignition? Plugs and wires could probably stand to be replaced, but seems like that's not enough to cause a sudden no start situation.

Tested ignition coil with ohmmeter, seems to be fine

Took off distributor cap and inspected cap and rotor, all seems clean and intact.

I'm scratching my head. Any ideas? Is there a way to test the distributor? Could it be something else that I'm not thinking of?

Shoot some brake cleaner or ether into the throttle body and see if it tries to run.

This should pretty much always be the first thing done to start diagnosing a no start.

IF it fires on ether then you are looking at plugged injectors, ECM, Fuel Pressure Regulator or low fuel pressure/ plugged fuel filter. Hope this helps. Please report back on ether results.
