coolant contaminated with oil (UPDATED)

This is a link to what I posted back in September.

I followed the steps outlined and when I took it for a test drive after I had a massive coolant leak. See pictures.

Here's a still taken from a video with a river of coolant flowing


Second picture is the two coolant ports in the intake manifold completely shot.



It seems (in hindsight) that the strawberry milkshake was caused by this situation. The heads and head gaskets were replace less than a year ago so I am wondering if I replace the intake gasket will I avoid having to replace head gaskets, stretch bolts, etc?

No you don't need to replace the head gaskets.
You do need to take the other valve cover off, lol.

That is a common leak point on the 4.0l.
The heads and block are cast iron, intake aluminum, when you put different metals together and pass fluids you will get electrolysis, and it eats away at the aluminum and gasket.
Make sure to change coolant every two years.

And use a Fel-pro lower intake gasket
